EXCLUDED JURISDICTIONS INCLUDE:United States (unless qualified as an Accredited Investor under private placement exemptions), North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea & Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine, and any jurisdiction on the FATF High-Risk Blacklist or subject to comprehensive Swiss SECO / UN / OFAC sanctions.
TECHNICAL ENFORCEMENT:The platform employs IP-based geolocation gating, VPN and anonymizer detection, and biometric document verification to prevent access from restricted territories.
